Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Canada only.
Orders placed outside of Canada will not be processed.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping times vary by location, but most Canadian orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We do not offer standard refunds.
However, replacement packages may be issued if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only, under exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.
